Medicaid rides in South Carolina must go through a state broker. Transport is available for doctor appointments, dialysis, x-rays, lab work, drug store, or other medical appointments. If you would rather pay out of pocket, please see our Private Pay options instead.
How to Schedule Transportation via the Broker:
To request a medicaid ride through the broker, click the button below to find the best phone number for your county. Then, call at least three days before your appointment. Their business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM. To cancel a ride, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Metro One looks forward to fulfilling your request.
