Paramedic
(Advanced Life Support)

Responsibilities include responding to calls, assessing and stabilizing patients, administering life-saving treatments, and transporting individuals to appropriate medical facilities. Paramedics also assist with rescue operations as required, mentor lower-level EMTs, document patient care, and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure readiness. This role requires strong decision-making skills, adherence to medical protocols, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

EMT - Emergency Medical Technician
(Basic Life Support)

EMTs provide essential basic life support and non-emergency medical care to patients in need. Responsibilities include responding to calls, assessing patient conditions, administering approved treatments, and safely transporting individuals to medical facilities. EMTs assist with rescue operations as required, document patient care, and ensure ambulances and equipment are properly maintained. This role requires strong communication skills, adherence to medical protocols, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Ambulance Driver

Ambulance Drivers assist EMTs in providing non-emergency medical transportation for patients needing interfacility transfers. They are responsible for operating the ambulance safely, selecting efficient routes, and maintaining communication with dispatch and medical personnel. Additional duties include assisting with patient movement, securing medical equipment, and ensuring the vehicle is fully stocked and operational. This role requires strong driving skills, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing excellent patient care and support to EMS personnel.

Wheelchair Driver

Wheelchair Drivers provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for non-ambulatory patients to and from medical appointments. Responsibilities include assisting passengers in and out of their homes and appointments, securing mobility devices, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride. Drivers must maintain punctuality, communicate with dispatch, and navigate various driving conditions while prioritizing passenger safety. This role requires excellent customer service, strong driving skills, and a commitment to professionalism and patient care.

Standard Driver

Drivers play a vital role in providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for patients to and from medical appointments. Responsibilities include assisting passengers as they enter and exit vehicles, ensuring their comfort, and driving safely in all conditions. Drivers maintain communication with dispatch, adhere to schedules, and provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for every passenger. This role requires strong driving skills, punctuality, and a commitment to professionalism and patient care.
